AMAZING WEEKEND @ LA DANCE MAGIC! The girls really did AMAZING! Thank you to our wonderful teachers for their dedication and great choreography; and to ALL of our students who worked so hard during the classes and competition! Congratulations to Ms. Stephanie for all her platinums and 1st overalls! Ms. Amanda for her Jr. Petite group platinum; and Ms. Heidi for her Jr. Petites B High Gold. You all were terrific! :)


Awards: Gaby Barra, Platinum and 1st overall on Solo; Amalia/Gaby's duet Platinum and 1st in category; Caitlin/Crystal's Duet Platinum; Jr.Petites large group Platinum and 1st in category; Jr. Petites A Jazz Platinum; Jr. Petites B High Gold; Jr. Apprentices Gold and 1st in Category. And Yorelis, such an AMAZING and beautiful performance on your SOLO!

Teens: FINAL CUT: Jennifer Barra(Summer intensive scholarship); Yorelis A(Single convention); Victoria B, Lauren C and Jennifer(Final Cut Winners)

EPDC is presenting the Nutracker this December!
Auditions are now taking place!!!!

***Attention Female/Male Dancers***ages 10 and up!

We are currently holding auditions for our 2011 Nutcracker performance.

We are looking to fill several roles and would love for you to join us!

*Audition schedule:*
Tuesday August 30th and Tuesday September 6th
5:15-6:15 Ages 10-13
6:15-7:45 Ages 13 and up
Girls Audition Attire:
Black leotard, pink tights, ballet slippers and pointe shoes
Boys Audition Attire:
White t-shirt, black dance tights, ballet slippers

The dancers casted are welcome to attend Ballet class to prepare for the performance.
Tuesday 5:15-6:15 Ages 10-13
Tuesday 6:15-7:45 Ages 13and up

Scheduled Nutcracker rehearsals are held on Saturdays
between 11:15am-1:30pm
(depending on group selection)


Our 2011-2012 Fall Regisration is about to begin!
Thursday- August 4th 3:00-6:00pm
Friday- August 5th 3:00-6:00pm
Saturday- August 6th  10:00am-2:00pm

WE ARE SO EXCITED FOR OUR SUMMER BALLET INTENSIVE! We have 4 wonderful guest teachers coming! For ballet: Jose Acevedo, Michelle Glenn, Claire Andrews, and Heather Southwell from Keegan Dance Company for Contemporary! Its going to be an amazing week and hope all of you can join us! Congratulations to our very own Yorelis Apolinario on winning "Miss Starpower Lakeland 2011". We couldn't be more proud and excited for Yorelis!!!!!! Her "Sweet Dreams" solo, choreographed by Ms. Stephanie Tsitsikronis, also won 1st overall solo in the the entire category! Congratulations to both the student and wonderful teacher/choreographer!

Two of our students participated in NYCDA this past weekend and rocked the house! Christine Schmidt got "Runner Up" For TEEN Outstanding dancer; and her sister Alex Schmidt won "JR Outstanding Dancer"! We are SOOO proud of the both of you! :)

Congratululations to our BRAVO Company student, Crystal Irizarry!!!! Crystal has won the 1st place "Reflections" Award for Hillsborough County!! Your hard work and dedication to dance shines Crystal! Keep up the good work!!!!

BRAVO will be in Orlando the weekend of Feb.5th; and will be attending classes and competing at "LA Dance Magic"! Good luck to all of our BRAVO Company girls! We know you're going to learn a lot and have a great time!
